Anshul Specialty Molecules Private Limited (ASMPL) is a specialty chemicals manufacturer producing flavor & fragrance ingredients, API and pharmaceutical intermediates, and custom-synthesized fine chemicals. We are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, Kosher and Halal Food standards, and our manufacturing facilities are located at Roha (Raigad district, Maharashtra) and Vadodara (Gujarat), India.
ASMPL was founded in 1973 and is promoted by the Shroff Family, whose chemical manufacturing interests span India and international markets through the Excel Group of Companies.
We serve customers across the US, Europe and Asia, with more than 70% of revenue derived from exports and over 200 active customers in the pharmaceutical, agrochemical and flavor & fragrance industries.

Our Legacy and Vision
ASMPL was established in 1973, with manufacturing operations commencing in 1979 — over five decades of continuous specialty chemical manufacturing. We remain proud to be part of the Excel Group of Companies, founded by the Shroff Family, whose chemical manufacturing interests extend across India and international markets.

Infrastructure and Facilities
Headquartered in Jogeshwari, Mumbai, with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located at MIDC, Roha, in the picturesque district of Raigad, Maharashtra, we are strategically positioned for optimal efficiency. Roha, boasting excellent rail and road connectivity, including NH-66, is conveniently located, with the nearest port, Nhava-Sheva, just ~70 km away.
Our manufacturing facility is situated in the heart of the well-established Roha MIDC, with commitment to quality reflected in our comprehensive infrastructure — robust roads, ample water supply, uninterrupted electricity, fire station, CETP, and police station.
We are proud to extend our reach further with our Vadodara facility, located at Plot No. 35/36, Behind HGI Foundry, Baska to Halol Road, Post – Baska, Tal-Halol, Panchmahal, Gujarat – 389350.
Both facilities operate under the same GMP and ISO-certified quality systems, giving every customer the same process control and documentation regardless of which site manufactures their order. This shared infrastructure underpins our export-driven operations, supporting more than 200 active customers across 40+ countries.
Sustainable Manufacturing
Our products are REACH registered, empowering us to excel in the export domain. We boast a cutting-edge effluent treatment plant with RO and MEE technology, driving us towards the implementation of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and the recycling of treated water. Rainwater harvesting initiatives underline our commitment to conserving this precious resource. Embracing renewable energy, we've installed a 160 KWP solar panel system, harnessing the power of the sun for a cleaner future.
We are a proud member of the Responsible Care initiative, overseen by ICC, reflecting our dedication to safety and sustainability.
